We are a small, independent agency who have been creating happy customers since 2013! We started trading as Cathie Scott Properties, and as of July 2023 we are becoming CS Properties thanks to a new management team taking over to help evolve the company to tackle the ever changing letting climate. Our operation is focused on providing excellent value and great, timely service to our clients, with a focus on ensuring our properties are maintained to an excellent standard.
